Motion Graphics music video week 3

The music video I am going to talk about is:

The reason I've chose the Gorillaz music video is because like all of their videos they use some great animations which are in an anime type style, and they are what i have always remembered about the band, it makes them original. Creepy faces, and blanked out eyes all made to make us feel uneasy and works tremendously at doing so, the editor really thinks about every detail throughout this video too, the backgrounds are blank and it helps to bring out what is going on with the characters, but plain and blank the characters are not. The 'camera angles' and special effects such as the cracks in the floor and the holograms are made so cleverly and overall this is why i believe this is an amazing piece of production.
